At 3PL Dropship, we aim to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. Below are the detailed guidelines regarding our return and refund process. Please read carefully to understand our responsibilities and your obligations as a seller.

1. Returns and Refunds

1.1 Wrong Variation or Quantity Received

  • If the customer receives a product with the wrong variation or quantity, we take full responsibility for the error.
  • A 100% refund will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

1.2 Damaged Product Received

  • If the customer receives a damaged product, we take partial responsibility and will refund 50% of the product value.
  • The refund will be processed after the damaged item is received and verified by our warehouse team.

1.3 Unnecessary Returns or “No Longer Needed” Claims

  • If a customer returns a product without any valid reason or claims it is “no longer needed,” 85% of the product value will be refunded.
  • The refund will only be processed once the product is received and inspected by our warehouse team.

1.4 Empty Package Claims

  • We do not accept responsibility for any claims regarding “empty packages.” Sellers should communicate this policy clearly to their customers.

2. Refund Currency

  • Refunds will be issued to the seller in the same currency used for the original payment.

3. Platform Violation and Documentation

  • The products listed on 3PL Dropship are designed for sellers operating across multiple platforms.
  • If any platform raises violations, such as requests for product invoices or warehouse documentation, 3PL Dropship will not provide such documentation.
  • It is the seller’s responsibility to arrange and provide the required documents independently.

4. General Guidelines

  • Returns and refunds will only be processed after the product is received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse team.
